2nd time doing this process with John and I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else. John helped me purchase my first home, and two years later, he helps me sell and buy another! The process of buying the first home was amazing. John wanted to make sure I found what I need [at the time] and really helped me with a good investment property later on. Little did I know— a pandemic and a few life changes later— I would need to find a bigger home soon after with more room for everyone to run on! Every step John has help guide me and taught me along the way.

John Permaul is very professional, responsive, and friendly. It literally took us only 15 days from the time we met John to the day we went under contract as first-time homebuyers. A month later, we became happy homeowners! When we met John, we knew almost nothing about house hunting, and we were pretty nervous. John made it fun and made sure to teach us what we needed to know and give us valuable advice for this intense process. Whenever we had a question, he was one text away/phone call away.
